Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every item is made to order and printed especially for you. Because our products are personalized/made-to-order, they are exempt from standard return rights, including the EU 14-day withdrawal period. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at charisma.collective888@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.

REFUNDS
Once your claim is approved, we'll issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.

NON-RETURNABLE
As all items are made to order, we cannot accept general returns, returns for change of mind, or returns for incorrect size chosen at checkout. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
